Jesse Samples grew up with music in his blood and Charlotte in his bones. From an early age, he was drawn to the power of music; not just hearing it, but crafting it, shaping it, and helping other artists find their unique sound.
In 2018, Jesse founded Samples Studios with one core belief: every artist deserves access to a world-class recording experience, whether it's their very first session or their hundredth. Too many studios in Charlotte make first-timers feel out of place or overwhelmed. Jesse built Samples Studios to be a space where creativity is celebrated, beginners are welcomed with the same energy as seasoned professionals, and the focus never leaves the artist’s vision.
What started as a single studio room has grown into a full creative complex: Studio A, engineered personally by Jesse; Studio B for additional availability; and a professional photography studio equipped with lighting capable of producing over 16.7 million color combinations and a green screen, black, or white backdrop. It's everything a Charlotte artist needs to record, mix, master, and shoot content under one roof, in one session, with one team that genuinely cares about your outcome.

The Flagship Room
Studio A is the full Samples Studios experience. Jesse personally engineers every session in this room, delivering the best sound quality and fastest recording speed we offer. Enjoy live custom special effects while you record, choose any lighting color combination to set your vibe, and bring up to 5 friends to hear your recordings with real-time effects. This is the room for serious artists and first-timers alike who want the absolute best.
